On the Amboise plateau, this contemporary 175 m² house is very well equipped, with a beautiful view of the Château d'Amboise, which can be admired from the house and terrace.
Access is on the ground floor: entrance hall with Clavinova piano, double living room with real café soccer from northern France, Bluetooth internet radio, TV and fireplace, dining area (bay window) with large table, fully-equipped fitted kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room, 1 toilet. Storeroom.
First floor: mezzanine with office area, 3 large bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds), storage space in each, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Cot, playpen and highchair available.
Large fenced lawn garden, slate terrace, barbecue, outdoor dining area.
