I was never able to access this unit because the host failed to send check-in instructions. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host directly, as well as through VRBO customer service, I received no response. Four days after my scheduled reservation, the host finally submitted a cancellation, and I was issued a refund. This experience was very frustrating and left me without accommodations during my trip. I would not recommend booking with this host.

THE HOST COMMUNICATION WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! No communication what’s so ever after they already took the money off my card soon as I booked..THEY NEED TO REMOVE THIS HOST ASAP

Atlanta area apartment

The apartment itself is nice, but extremely limited supplies (just a few plastic plates and cups, one coffee mug and one small sauce pan in kitchen). We weren't really cooking, but it would have been nice for more than one person to have a cup of coffee at a time. The biggest issues are lack of parking and the strong smell of marijuana everywhere. There are visitor parking spaces that were never available and street parking is extremely limited so that was a big hassle. You can't escape the constant smell of weed which was annoying. There is a nice pool and gym facility, but the parking and smell made this stay unpleasant. Aside from an initial couple of messages, the owner/manager was unresponsive.

terrible stay

Overall cleanliness was soso, there is not enough kitchen utensils and there was strong smell of air freshener which stung my nostrills. At night the streets were full of people wandering inside the cars and shouting, beeping which made my family couldn't sleep well. The property manager Genekia was awful. When we arrived the call box didn't work right and someone let us in so we went to the wrong direction and finally locked inside the corridor, with 2 little babies(1 amd 3 year old). I made calls Genekia several times but she didn't answer the phone. At last she answered but after listening to the situations she said there was nothing she cand do and just hung up the phone. We had to wait until someone in the property passed by and open the door for us. On the front door there was a paper sent by the court about failing the rent fee. Me and my family had a terrible experience.

Easy peasy

Great spot for a quick weekend in Atlanta. Kitchen is a bit 'under supplied', but otherwise great. Good pool, nice unit. Need a car but in the middle of all the neighborhoods we wanted to visit.
