Perfect for moms and daughters soccer weekend

Super cute, plenty of space, fully stocked. Minor issues- Twin beds were not comfortable, and we couldn’t find sheets for the sofa bed. Some minor wear and tear here and there. Really enjoyed this place and would rent again!

Clean and Comfortable

We were in town for our daughter's dance competition and this home was the perfect. We shared this home with another family and there was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was great. Location was perfect, just a couple minute drive to downtown. The home was clean, well-stocked and the hot tub was an added bonus. Prior to our check in there was an issue with the garage door and the host was EXCELLENT at communicating with us and had the issue resolved before we even arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Friends’ trip

This house was great for our needs. We cooked all our meals in and had everything we needed. We utilized the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ. The large table was perfect for games. The only issue was the blinds in the upstairs king bedroom, as mentioned in other reviews.

great property. The upstairs king bedroom has a blind that is to short. It would be nice to have a key to lock garage and the back door. Wonderful neighborhood. House was beautiful and well stocked.

Family Time

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great, and the kids had a nice family room to hang out in. The neighbors were great and it was nice to be able to walk to the lake, trails, and park! We will definitely be back!

Great house!

Perfect sized house for two families with kids. Extremely clean house. Well maintained yard. Kitchen had the right amount of supplies and dishes for our group. No issues at all. I would recommend this house and stay again when we are in town. Great location close to town to walk to food or drive into town.

Our Second Stay at this fabulous house

We absolutely love this house and this location. The beds and space are fabulous and the Hot Tub is wonderful after great summer days in Couer D'alene. We look forward to coming back here ever summer!

Disgusting-Needs to be cleaned

Cute house but so many cons, extremely dissatisfied -Dust on furniture in nearly every room -The dishes in the cupboards were dirty! -My crawling baby kept finding old food and trash on the floors -Such a loud echoing house no one could stay up talking without keeping others awake -The fact we have to wash all the towels before we checkout?! That’s like 3 loads with our size family and we don’t have time that’s why we PAID to stay here… -There was 5 stinky trash bags of garbage left in the garage, the entire stay. -Curtains broken, no privacy in king bedroom upstairs, the neighbors window looks right in -Shower mats were never washed before us, hair, stains and dirt all over them -Pink mold in both showers -Hair in drain of downstairs bathroom and all over the tile -Carpet was stretched out and a tripping hazard upstairs -No propane in outdoor fireplace -Wi-Fi stopped working -Hot tub was not turned up for us -Coffee left in maker, started to smell -No extra toilet paper under the sink in master -Found tablet of previous guest under bed -Ran out of Kleenex in upstairs bathroom -The Camera in the living room! Total invasion of privacy - Not a close walk to town as advertised We had a family reunion and so wanted to enjoy this but were so grossed out and disappointed especially for the amount we paid to stay here. Never again will we stay with this company.

Thanksgiving Retreat

This is the second time within a year we have stayed in this home and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. After doing a post-retirement downsizing, we no longer have space for all family gatherings. We stayed here last year for Christmas and this time for Thanksgiving. Six adults stayed at the house and we had 11 adults, 5 children (11 mos - 6 yrs) total for Thanksgiving dinner. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and great for preparing and staging multi-dish meals. The whole house is nicely appointed and has two gathering spaces for people with different socializing interests (e.g., talking vs TV vs games). Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lakefront trailhead is very close and downtown CDA is just a little over a mile away, easy walking distance. We have not used the hot tub during either of our visits, but will make a point to do so next time. And yes, there will be a next time.

Perfect location

We loved staying at this house! It was extremely clean and spacious and the hot tub is always a great addition. We were in town for a wedding and this location was the perfect distance to town and to Sander's beach - we walked everywhere! Would definitely stay at this location again.

Silverwood & CDA visit

The layout suited our group well. Everything was as listed and well stocked. Friendly neighbors and a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and only a few minutes away from Silverwood. Definitely would recommend!
