Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with two single beds can form a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day's walking.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and view on private gardens, Saint Sulpice and the Pantheon.
Cafe de Flore is nearby too :)

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that the two single beds can form a double bed. There is a shared garden in the condominium.

## Emplacement
The 7th arrondissement is a quiet, family-friendly district. It's home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the world's most famous monuments, as well as numerous administrative buildings and seats of power (Assemblée Nationale, several ministries, embassies, etc.) Finally, it's home to some of the capital's wealthiest people. Faubourg Saint-Germain dates back to the 18th century and still boasts remarkable architecture. What's more, it's within easy reach of the Latin Quarter (Mabillon, Odéon), the Louvre Museum, the Champs-Élysées, the Pont Alexandre III and much more.
