This unit includes free parking which saves you $42 per day! Although there's not a true beach view, you can see a bit of the water from the window of this unit. Being on Tybee's main strip makes it super convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and it's an especially great spot for viewing one of Tybee's many parades!

Room was fine but customer service could have been better.

The property/room itself was fine. Definitely more dated than you can tell in the pictures but good enough if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room. Our issues came when we arrived and found out from locals that there was a huge college festival the weekend we were there. It is known to be very rowdy and dangerous at times. Most of the bars and restaurants close or are only open for takeout and the beach is so packed that you can’t enjoy it. We messaged the host and asked if we could be refunded for the last two of our three nights. He said he would get back to me and when I hadn’t heard back by the next morning, I reached out again. At that time I was told I could possibly get my money back if the room got booked for the nights we had originally planned to stay. I assume that it did not as I was not contacted again. It was disappointing customer service as we would have considered this room again in the future. We ended up wasting about 600 or so. We will search other options when we visit again.

Beautiful unit at a great location

The unit was clean and everything we needed for our vacation. The proximity to the beach and night life spots was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beware of location if you are older than 30ish

The unit was nice, there were a few things broken. The handle to the shower and the towel rack need to be fixed. The freezer needs to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable but so very squeaky. Be aware that this unit does not have its own Balcony. It’s a corner unit and people hang out at the area right outside the unit. There are chairs that over look the street. Granted it was 4th of July weekend. Very loud, a lot of people. Drinking, smoking, idiots etc. After they all left, Tuesday was nice. Close access to beach, bars, restaurants. Also the building the unit is in could use some daily cleaning. Elevator had trash in it. Pool was nice.

Perfect location

The location of this room was amazing. It is right on a popular street with many restaurants and shops and just a block away from the beach/pier. My husband and I enjoyed walking everywhere and watching the activity on the street below from the landing. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked great! And the (free) parking was very convenient!
