And thanks for mentioning how easy it is to walk to everything. We tried to convey how great this location is in our description on the VRBO app, but it is really really really true. Many listings advertise their location as being downtown, but this one is truly in the very heart of downtown, right in the middle of the entertainment district, and a short 12 minute walk to the Maritime Park waterfront amphitheater . I’m so glad that you and all of your friends booked all of my apartments for the Gulf Coast Jazz Festival last weekend. Next year’s festival is to be even bigger and better, so I hope to see you all again.

I am delighted that you spent your 50th birthday weekend with us! Locals love this “downtown” apartment right on Palafox where you can walk to all the best restaurants, festivals and nightlife. For a really fun weekend book it for one of our amazing parades! ( Max 6 persons)

Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. It would be helpful to know exactly what was lacking in the kitchen. Each of our VRBO‘s have a full kitchen. We provide two different types of coffee makers, a selection of coffees along with different sweeteners and creamers. We provide shampoos and conditioners in each bathroom and a hairdryer. When our property manager let me know that your apartment was missing the hairdryer, I ordered a new one immediately. It is my understanding that our property manager offered to bring you a hairdryer, but you said it was really no problem. This apartment is a favorite of so many of our guests for many reasons. It’s in the very heart of downtown Pensacola and within walking distance of all the great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. We are one of the few Downtown VRBO‘s that offer free private gated parking to our guests. I hope you’ll give us another chance to help you enjoy Pensacola. Thanks again for your feedback. Deborah
