This loft overlooks Palafox Street in the very heart of historic downtown Pensacola. Others may say they are “ downtown”, but my apartments are truly in the very heart of downtown’s vibrant entertainment district. The balcony overlooks the parade route.

We have Private gated parking , a rare find in downtown Pensacola. Parking is for paid guests only.

This building was commissioned by Francisco Mareno in 1870. The owner has lovingly restored the beautiful brick walls and hardwood floors. There is a private queen size bedroom, a queen bed in the skylight room, and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room features a new Vizio TV . The spacious walk in shower is large and comfortable. There is also a new full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and lots of extra touches to make your stay comfortable.

From the comfort of your apartment you can walk to over 40 restaurants. The famous Saenger Theatre is right next door. It’s an easy stroll to the Maritime Park, home to the Blue Wahoos, the AA affiliate of the Miami Marlins. Enjoy an outdoor concert on the bay at the Maritime Park amphitheater or a stroll through Veterans Memorial Park. The new $15million dollar YMCA is just a block to the east. Every Saturday, just two blocks north is the Palafox Market, an open air treasure trove of arts & crafts , fresh baked breads, farm raised meats, vegetables, coffees and much more. Major festivals are held in Seville Square just 4 short blocks away.

The Perfect Stay

We had a great time. The home is beautiful super clean and most importantly we felt safe. The washer and dryer is a big plus. There is a nice balcony that you can also enjoy. Highly recommend 5 *** Star

Short vacation stay

The condo is a great historic spot in the heart of Pensacola. Lots of clean space. I think the only thing ro be aware of is loud weekend music. But, it was a really nice place and fun to be downtown.

AMAZING PLACE

We were so sad to leave this beautiful apartment. The location was amazing and the host’s communication was great!! The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had on vacation. Can’t wait to visit again!!!

Wonderful stay in downtown Pensacola!

Our stay at Deborah's beautiful condo was the perfect cap to a great Thanksgiving week in Pensacola. Having all that downtown Pensacola has to offer at our fingertips made the visit easy, fun — and even though we were there on a family visit, it felt like a vacation! Anything we needed, Deborah was right there to provide. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back soon. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfection for sure

Downtown Life

We have a condo on Pensacola Beach. This was our first experience in downtown P'Cola. Gallery Night was interesting. Deborah's condo was very nice, recommend for a couple only.

Beautiful space

We love these Dunlap VRBOS. They are beautiful, spacious light and full of interesting historical items. Deborah and Devan are such gracious hosts. You cannot go wrong with their properties!

Anniversary Staycation

We had a wonderful stay at this downtown apartment for our anniversary. The "Palafox Perfection" was beautiful, clean, and quiet. It was perfect for just the two of us, however, if in the future we brought our friends they would have beds of their own. We especially enjoyed being on the patio and looking down onto Palafox Street at night. We had a great time people watching and hearing the street life while being able to converse. We loved the apartment and are definitely thinking of staying again in the future.

Beautiful loft in the middle of downtown Pensacola

We had an amazing 3 night stay. This was our second time staying here. She had it beautifully decorated for Christmas and the loft was just as comfortable and charming as we remembered it being. My family enjoyed the Cox Christmas Parade from the comfort and safety of the balcony while we paraded. It was a magical weekend. ❤️🎄

Perfection on Palafox

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is Premier. We didn’t have to move our car to enjoy all that downtown Pensacola has to offer. Having a coffee and donut shop underneath was wonderful and convenient, and the facial I received at Jo Rich Beauty was excellent, as usual. We can’t wait to return in December to enjoy downtown. Pensacola lit up for the holidays.

Great location for a couple of baseball games

Check in was a little confusing but once that got taken care of it was a very good time. The property manager quickly straightened me out and walked me through the process. I'd highly recommend this property if you were looking to catch a few minor league baseball games.

LOVED!!!

This apartment really is stunning. We live at the beach in St. Pete, so visiting family in Pensacola we wanted a city spot. Downtown Pensacola is small so it has lots of charm, really good restaurants and breweries, and very walkable. The balcony at the apartment is super cute, great spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Deborah the owner is a gem. Highly recommend

Mardi Gras Parade Stay

We are from MS and have traveled to Pensacola for about 5 years every year for the Mardi Gras parades. We have always stayed at the Holiday Inn downtown and this year we took a chance on this rental. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID! It was such a cool experience! It’s a great location! We never had to drive except for when we wanted to take our little girl to see the beach and shopping at the mall. Such a neat condo and the owner was easy to communicate with and the neighbors welcomed us and were so friendly! 10/10 for us!

Noise

The check in process and logistics were fabulous. However, the noise level at night was untenable. There is a club across the street that was noisy well in to the wee hours (1am and later) which meant we couldn’t sleep. This might be totally fine for some younger renters but for our family it was a huge disturbance. The place is darling but without sleep we couldn’t enjoy as much as we’d have liked. The owner left a sweet gift card as a condolence but as we are a family with kids and a tight wedding weekend schedule it really wasn’t the best resolution. Just be aware of the noise and if you are planning to be out late it shouldn’t be a problem.

Southern hospitality at its finest

Deborah is a gem. It is very hard to find true southern hospitality anymore. We booked Deborah‘s condo at the last minute to escape hurricane Ida. I tried to rent it for the same day and the app didn’t allow it. So I took the chance and called the number. She answered right away and told me, sure come on up. Grant it this was already 7:00 in the evening. It took us 3 1/2 hours to arrive. She was waiting and checking on us. She was sweet enough to go to the store that evening and get us some breakfast items. Everyone in this sweet town of Pensacola knows Deborah. They all speak highly of her. Her place is a beautiful loft that overlooks downtown Pensacola. She recommended many restaurants for us to go to. Deborah feels like an old friend. We Will be coming back for sure.

Great get away!

This beautiful, open floor plan space is conveniently located within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The space is well decorated and stocked. The bathroom is huge with a luxury shower. The balcony overlooks a main street , great for night life. There is great security for the building and designated parking area. This is a great find!

Location, Location, Location

So many restaurants and shopping locations at your doorstep. The home is beautiful. The balcony is inviting. We will definitely return in the future, if time allows.

Deborah sits on the Board of Directors of the Pensacola Humane Society and served three terms as a director on the Downtown Improvement Board by mayoral appointment. Deborah is a member of Warrington Methodist Church and enjoys traveling the world and entertaining at home.
