Whether you're visiting with family or friends, for work or leisure, you'll immediately feel at home in this comfortable 180mÂČ townhouse located in Paris, 5 minutes from Porte de Versailles. Located on a quiet street, come and recharge your batteries in a modern, fully equipped home that can accommodate up to 9 people. The house is spread over 3 levels:
On the ground floor, enjoy a bedroom with a double bed.
On the first floor, you'll find the fully equipped living room (a double sofa bed, fiber optic Wi-Fi, TV) and the kitchen with everything you need (coffee machine, dishes, condiments).
On the second floor, you'll find 3 more bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed).
There are also 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and a hairdryer.
For added comfort, we provide bed linens and towels. Close to Porte de Versailles and the shops, it's the perfect place to spend a few days with friends in the heart of Paris.

The house is entirely yours.
If you're coming by car, you can park inside our property.
By public transport, there are numerous buses, and metro line 12 (Porte de Versailles) is a 5-minute walk away.
The house is spread over three levels, so there are stairs to reach the living room and bedrooms (one bedroom is on the ground floor).

For any check-in before 4:00âŻPM or check-out after 10:00âŻAM, an extra fee of âŹ10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
