Small, not much storage for guests and not really usable kitchen to cook. But location is terrific. Good parking in a garage. Fairly noisy with more of a hotel feel. Big comfortable bed. Host was a little difficult when I had some questions beforehand.

Felt like condo was to little. Picture off wall and was already damaged and repaired with scotched tape. Lights under kitchen did not work. Battery to fireplace did not work. Light switch in bedroom near bathroom didn’t work. White pods under sink looked like a dishwasher pod but there is not a dishwasher. For a weekend better but for a week we just needed more room. King size bed was nice.

Thanks for visiting us at one of our great StayLTD locations in Breck. We found the picture hanging on the wall with scotch tape and fixed it. Someone must have broken it and didn't tell us, but all set now. We also verified that the fireplace and remote did work, you just need to open the doors to the fireplace. While we don't have a dishwasher, guests bring the pods and leave them sometimes. We do have bigger places and we'd be happy to host you in one of our more spacious locations. This spot right downtown is perfect for those looking to be in the middle of the events and town and are just looking for a great, cozy, clean location to crash and make the most of their trip. The king bed is a score in Breck, there aren't many, glad you found it comfy. See you next time at one of our larger locations that meet your needs.

10/10 for location!! One block away from Main St, so restaurants and shops are all accessible on foot. Also walking distance to the gondola which is super convenient. The unit was very clean and the host was great at communication.

We were told the unit itself was recently remodeled. That is probably accurate but it is still pretty worn. It also hadn’t been cleaned well. Lots of dog hairs on table, etc., and we had to clean that ourselves. We said something to owner about it but that was meant with silence. The parking garage is ridiculous. Need two people to maneuver in and around in there, with tight spots and many pillars. It’s almost unusable. And owner will charge you a crazy amount if you forget to return the paper, laminated parking pass!!! Seriously. The building itself is very old, and the common areas are badly worn and, candidly, kind of gross. Think modestly priced old NYC apt building. Little effort on things like coffee. Disgusting no-name coffee pack and cheap coffee machine that badly needs a thorough cleaning. All in all, it is all fine if you keep your expectations in check. The “superb” 9.6’ish rating average is baloney. We stayed at Grand Lodge in Crested Butte, which is a 25 year old building and not recently renovated. The unit and the building there were light years better than this, and at significantly less cost.
