The exceptional location of this family property and character gives it many advantages. The house, with sea view, has 7 rooms and has an area of approximately 164.39 m² on a garden of 588 m². It benefits from a double east-west exposure.
The house has an entrance, a living room (with lounge, living room with a decorative fireplace, dining room for a total of 54 m²), an independent kitchen of 8.90 m², 5 bedrooms on two levels. The first landing serves a bedroom of 14 m² with a bed of 90 and a sink, one of 13 m² with a bed of 140 with a sink. These two bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace on the garden side. The third of 18 m² benefits from a bed of 160, access to the bathroom, WC and above all a view of the sea. The second level serves 2 attic bedrooms, one of 19m² with 1 bed of 140 benefiting with a sea view and a 17.65 m² room with 1 bed of 140, and a bathroom with WC.
