The house has an entrance, a living room (with lounge, living room with a decorative fireplace, dining room for a total of 54 mÂČ), an independent kitchen of 8.90 mÂČ, 5 bedrooms on two levels. The first landing serves a bedroom of 14 mÂČ with a bed of 90 and a sink, one of 13 mÂČ with a bed of 140 with a sink. These two bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace on the garden side. The third of 18 mÂČ benefits from a bed of 160, access to the bathroom, WC and above all a view of the sea. The second level serves 2 attic bedrooms, one of 19mÂČ with 1 bed of 140 benefiting with a sea view and a 17.65 mÂČ room with 1 bed of 140, and a bathroom with WC.
