This 4 bedroom/4 bath property sleeps 13 comfortably and every detail in this home was considered during construction. From the beautiful hardwood floors, to the lighting, to the spa-like bathrooms, this space is just as beautiful on the inside as the view enjoyed daily from the private balcony. Enjoy fishing? Best Choice On The Bay offers full access to the dock right out your backdoor! Have a boat or a personal watercraft? Not a problem! You will be able to wave goodbye to your friends and family drinking their coffee on the balcony as you set sale from your backdoor!

The rental unit is on the first finished level of living space and is above the ground level entry. The ground level of the building houses the garage for this home as well as the garage for the home on the top floor; their is a main entry for both units at ground level

Originally from Pennsylvania, reminiscing on childhood memories spent with family as a child in Ocean City always spurred the desire to own a home in Ocean City for my friends and family to enjoy. Years later, an opportunity presented itself to build my dream vacation home offering another generation the possibility of creating their own fond memories as well as the blessing of knowing that other families are creating their own memories as well.
