Outside, you’ll enjoy a fully fenced garden, providing both security and privacy. The large shaded south-facing terrace is perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing family moments. On the north side, a smaller, pleasant area offers a cool retreat, ideal for peaceful summer naps.

For added convenience, the house offers parking for two vehicles directly on the property, a real advantage for your travels.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias en front-de-mer, enjoying a day at Europark or renting bicycles and riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to Vias' various beaches is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from on-site parking lots. Many water activities are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Transit
By train: The Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport is the best way to get to Vias by plane. This airfield is 5 kilometers from Vias town center.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are welcome in this accommodation with an additional fee of €40 per stay.
