We are a small, active family that enjoys Southampton village and riding our bikes to the beach. We have lots of friends out here and love getting together. We generally rent through a real-estate agent, which is why there are no bookings or comments on VRBO.
Varför värden valde detta boende
We have lived in the area (most of year) for many years. We fell in love with the character and traditional East End style of this house, plus it's great bones and wonderful outdoor spaces. Have fully renovated with all high quality materials and appliances. Pool coming this autumn!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Location: 8 minutes walk from Southampton train station, 10 minute walk into wonderful shops and restaurants in the Village, 5 min drive or 12 minutes bike to the beach! Plus south of #27 highway.
House: as if completely new! Lived in 2 months. The outdoor spaces and big porches are a big plus. Each of 3 bedrooms is on a corner, all with closets. Well built so very sound-- conversations do not travel! Comfortable central AC plus new driveway.
