Immaculate, freshly painted and decorated to make you feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen allows one to prepare meals if one wishes. The bedroom has a queen size bed, fresh crisp white linen. You are provided with laundry detergent, a washer and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, white towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. A small deck below offers a view of the bay, incoming fishing boats and colorful sunsets.

The Blue Pearl

Great stay! The apartment was perfect- very clean and very well appointed. Fully stocked kitchen with great cutting knives and utensils. Small deck by the harbor that was great for an afternoon cocktail.

Great spot to unwind after busy days

The Blue Pearl was a quaint spot to unwind after long days of hiking in the park. We were close to a lot of trails in within. 20 min drive to some of our chosen ones. We watched sunsets from the private patio (located out the side door and down a few steps), cooked meals with lots of good cooking utensils. Bottomless coffee in the mornings was a nice little perk. And had hot showers and comfy sleeps. Parking is tricky at first being on a busy street, but by no means a big deal. Recommend this place to rest weary feet after days spent adventuring.

Beautiful and charming!

The property is exactly as advertised, homey and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, best one of our trip. The kitchen has everything we needed to make meals. It just felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, very close to the park, the water and the few key shops that we needed, groceries, Rx, etc. Perfect spot. We would definitely stay here again if we were lucky enough to come back. Finally, we really loved the artwork, done by the owner,. We also saw it sold at Freya and Thor down the road. She's very talented! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Clean and Serene

Our stay in Cheticamp was so easy here. It has everything you could need like your own little home away from home. The decor was peaceful and comfortable, and watching the boats and the changing sky from the porch with a glass of wine was divine! A little fresh treat on arrival was nice and the artwork around the rooms are excellent. Be sure to check the local art store to see Sandra’s art for sale. Thank you for your hospitality!

A fantastic & beautiful stay.

Amazing property! Spotless, comfortable, & well-appointed. Sandra & Roland are very passionate about this stunning locale, and it shows. The sweet little patio with chairs facing the sunset is something to behold. An extra special delight is Sandra’s beautiful art depicting the beauty of this wonderful Island. On the water in Cheticamp

Excellent location and cozy with a comfortable living room and kitchen. Very well decorated in beach-cottage stylings. Washer/dryer was a huge plus. Check in and out was a breeze. There is some noise from the road if you open windows but that didn’t bother me, and it was worth being centrally located.

Relaxing and homey

The Blue Pearl is located along the Cabot Trail providing easy access to the National Park and all it's hiking trails. We had easy walking distances to many restaurants and conveniences but the best part was the comfort of the Blue Pearl whether inside or outside on the quaint, private deck. Woverlooking the marina.

What an awesome place!

This apartment absolutely exceeded my expectations! It is so welcoming, super clean and comfortable. The shower is awesome and the bed very comfy. Although the apartment is centrally located, it is also very quiet and peaceful. Not only do I strongly recommend this place, I hope to have the opportunity to return. 😊

Perfect for a couple

We realy liked our stay. Very beautifull and clean appartment. Very well located. Easy parking just in front of the appartment. The owners were very welcoming and adressed all our questions before and during our stay.

Ideal spot for visiting Cape Breton area

We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Pearl! The apartment is well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Easy walk to a few restaurants. Note that it is right on the street, but the noise level was not a problem. The owners are wonderful (they live on the property) and very helpful. If we ever go back to that area, we'll definitely want to stay here.

Wonderful vacation!

My husband and I enjoyed our time in Cheticamp, in spite of having a tooth infection! The Blue Pearl was exactly as described. I loved meeting Sandra and Roland. We were greeted with a banana bread and that was just the beginning of how great of hosts they were. I am hoping to return for many years to come!

Great place to stay!

The Blue Pearl is a great place to stay! The place is immaculate, has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. We found baked goods welcoming us upon our arrival! It is a short drive to Cape Breton Highlands National Park. We were able to walk to the restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was just perfect. Everything was very well thought out. Very comfy, very clean, great tv and shower. Perfect location to check out anything and everything along the Cabot trail. Our host were very nice and so helpful. Definitely would book again!

Exceptional Space and Location

Beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Cheticamp during Celtic Colours. We could not have been more comfortable in this very well thought out space that is perfect for two people. Well Done!

Highly Recommend!

The Blue Pearl wea a great location for our visit to Cape Breton Highlands National Park. We had a lovely time at the Blue Pearl. The apartment was well furnished. Very cozy. The kitchen had everything for meal preparation. Clean and everything looked new. Sandra's artwork throughout the apartment was a great touch. It was nice to visit with Sandra and Roland. Very welcoming. Highly Recommended!

Home Away From Home

We loved the location - convenient to everything - sites, restaurants, shops and convenience services. The apartment is impeccably clean, well-stocked and extraordinarily comfortable. The private deck is a perfect place to unwind, take in the beautiful marina views and relax.

Great Time in Cheticamp

We would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Place was immaculate and has everything you would need for a stay. Lots of nice touches - ex: fresh pastries upon arrival, beautiful artwork and tastefully decorated. Sandra is a wonderful host. Centrally located in Cheticamp - walking distance to dining/shopping. Nice outside space overlooking harbor. Right down the road from the National Park. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

My dream was to return to Cheticamp Nova Scotia after spending years moving to different places with my husband Roland who was a military man. I am now where I want to be, by the ocean in my hometown. I love my village, the people and most of all the beauty that surrounds me.

This property is on the main street, but has a waterfront. One can walk to restaurants, bank, pubs, museums and of course to Le Portage Golf Course. The beautiful Cabot Trail is but a 10 minute drive and one can never be disappointed to be at this location.

Being downtown gives you the advantage of meeting local Acadians, going to a local restaurant or pub to eat and listen to local music, enjoy a glass of Nova Scotia wine, or beer without having to worry about driving.
