Situated on the 3rd floor without lift access, this lovely, tastefully decorated, 22mÂČ studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a desk and a dining table for two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a cooking plate and a microwave.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

20th Arrondissement is an excellent location for exploring Paris. The Place de la Nation, Parc de Belleville, PĂšre Lachaise Cemetery, Tomb of Jim Morrison, Saint-Ambroise, Paris, Great Mosque of Bagnolet, BelvĂ©dĂšre de Belleville, and Square des Amandiers are all nearby. The Gambetta station is only steps away, and the Pelleport station is only a 7-minute away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 3.2 km away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Perchoir, and La Maroquinerie. Cafes, such as Chez Prosper and MoncĆur Belleville, are also nearby.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Buzenval, is 2 minutes away.
The MaraĂźchers metro station is just a 3-minute walk.
Paris-Orly Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the property.
