In Bénodet, we offer you this charming 55 m² duplex apartment with sea view, less than 500 m from the beach, with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). We're waiting for you!

- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
- A 6 m² sea-view balcony with a table and sixchairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very plea sant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
