Dive into a world where Breton charm meets modern comfort. Located within the Philippe Joppé residence, this exceptional apartment invites you to discover the splendour of the Pink Granite Coast while enjoying a unique stay experience.

Enjoy direct access to the Tresmeur beach, ideal for swimming, seaside walks or moments of relaxation in the sun. Located just 100 meters from the sailing school, the apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the crystal-clear waters and practicing various water sports.
THE "ĂLE AUX MOINES" APARTMENT OFFERS YOU:
- Room 1: 1 double bed of 180 cm facing the sea (exceptional view).
- Room 2: 2 single beds of 80 cm (possibility of requesting an additional mattress for a double bed).
- Main room: access to a private terrace offering an unobstructed view of the sea. The room is through-access, with a panoramic view of the ocean on one side and a view of the hill on the other.
- Modern kitchen: fully equipped to prepare your meals with ease.
- Bathroom and separate toilet.
HIGH-END FACILITIES
- Renovated residence by Wilmotte & Associés Architects, inaugurated on 13 July 2024.
- Heated indoor swimming pool: accessible all year round, maintained at a pleasant temperature of 28/29 °C (closed at 8 pm).
- Private parking and reinforced charging point for electric vehicles (1 space included with your rental).
- Private concierge: enjoy tailor-made services such as meal and grocery delivery, bicycle rental, etc.
- Lift.
- Access to a cellar upon request.
