Nice cottage to stay with a small group. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The top bunk is definitely for an older children or small agile adult. We stayed here while in town visiting family. Quiet location while still being accessible to Belmont.

Gwynne and her family’s cottage is so quaint! This was my first time spending the weekend in Belmont, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to call home for the weekend. Not only was it beautiful and clean, but it was in proximity to all of the town’s dining and stores. The hammock was a plus, and I enjoyed a few minutes lying outside in nature. From booking to check out, Gwynne and team communicated effectively! I would definitely stay here again!

Musty smell that didn't go away. Floors aren't level and might be an issue for older people. Mold and rust on the shower curtain in the bathroom. Second bedroom is really small. Again, might be an issue for older people just to navigate in and out of the bedroom.

Adorable & cozy cottage

This property is one of my favorite places! It is so cute and cozy. Has everything you need for a family of 4 or 5. It is private and safe. The proximity to the adorable town of Belmont is very close and it’s about 15-20 minutes to Charlotte. A truly comfortable place!

Little comfy cottage

Our stay at the cottage was wonderful! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only small recommendation I have is for future guests to bring portable shades if they prefer more privacy, as the bamboo style shades are somewhat see through from the outside, even when down. That being said, this didn’t take away from our experience, and I would stay here again!

Belmont Cottage stay

Belmont Cottage was just like it showed in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. had a little trouble figuring out the AC but finally did and it worked well. The location was great. Historic downtown Belmont was great and had lots of good restaurants. The host was very responsive when we had any questions. We would stay there again if we came out to Charlotte
