Come and spend your holidays in this charming 90mÂČ house with the sweet name âFleur de Selâ, located 10 minutes walk from the center of Saint Jean de Monts and the Super U shopping center, and just 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the lively Avenue de la Mer district, with its shops, bars and restaurants.
This tastefully furnished and decorated house consists of 3 bedrooms and a wooded and fenced plot of land.
LARGE LIVING ROOM:
- a beautiful dining table with chairs,
- 2 sofas, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker
- WIFI / FIBER INTERNET with FreeBox TV
A large bay window gives access to the terrace and the garden.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is separate from the living room. A door also leads onto the terrace.
