Discover "L'ATTIQUE", a apartment for 10 people located at the entrance to the village of ChĂątel, nestling at the top of a charming family residence. This little gem owes its name to its Greek etymology, evoking both its prominent position, like a towering peak, and its symbolic link with the greatness of Athens, reflected in the elegance of its architecture and the heritage of its civilisation.
The apartment is a subtle blend of traditional local materials, warm tones, soft lighting and enveloping textiles... The result is an ambience that combines the rustic soul of an Alpine chalet with the refinement of a contemporary residence in the heart of the village. It offers both an authentic atmosphere and brand new comfort, all with breathtaking views.
The interior design transforms this space of around 120 square metres into a welcoming family retreat, where intimacy blends harmoniously with conviviality.
The space is designed to be flexible. The three bedrooms are arranged to suit your sleeping preferences, with the option of twin or double beds to suit your needs.
Ideally located right next to the crĂšche, the Place de l'Eglise (where all the free shuttle bus routes stop), the ice rink and the resort's large underground car park, this place offers easy access to all the village's amenities and to the activities offered by the resort. The Super-ChĂątel ski lifts, accessible in both summer and winter, are just 300 metres away, offering privileged access to the pleasures of skiing and downhill biking, the signature summer sport of the resort and the Portes du Soleil.

âą Final cleaning: included in the price. The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, crockery and rubbish bins; a supplement of âŹ80 will be charged to tenants if this is not respected.
