Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf and Bay while you stay on the top floor at Island Winds, Penthouse PH1. This two bedroom / two bath condo renal features a spacious living room with plenty of room to relax with a sofa, loveseat, chair, and a flat screen TV!
The screened lanai has a table and chairs, perfect for your outdoor enjoyment. There is plenty of room for multiple cooks in the fully equipped kitchen when you feel like staying in and making your favorite meal or a quick snack. The dining room is outfitted with a table and buffet.
Two bedrooms / two bathrooms provide guests with the retreat they deserve. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and its own private screened lanai. The spacious primary bathroom has a double vanity with a large mirror and a walk-in standard shower. Tucked away in the bathroom closet is the full-size washer and dryer. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and has its own private screened lanai with a view of Estero Bay. A nice sized bathroom is right across the hall with a tub/shower combo.
All linens are provided, even beach towels! Plus, for your convenience, the owner has extra amenities which include 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and a wagon to load up and head to the beach!
