Situated in the countryside by the sea, this house will charm you with its unique location. Set in a garden with a lean-to, the ground floor comprises a comfortable lounge/dining room and a separate kitchen with sea views, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a utility room and a toilet. On the first floor, two bedrooms, a study area and a second bathroom create a cosy sleeping area. Upstairs, two bedrooms, an office area and a second bathroom create a cosy sleeping area.
This house combines comfort, well-being and leisure. The ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or as a couple. It has a terrace with sea views and a circular stone table, and its own enclosed garden to the rear of the building.
Direct access to the sea from the property is via a private gate. The house is located on the banks of the Ria (river) d'Étel. It's a charming spot just a ten-minute drive from the town centres of Sainte-Hélène and Plouhinec. Étel, Belz and Port-Louis are neighbours. It's a strategic location for exploring the Ria d'Étel, the Petite mer de Gâvres, Quiberon Bay and the Golfe du Morbihan.

The Ria d'Étel is one of the pearls of Morbihan. This stretch of sea in the earth offers spectacular views from the shore or from a boat. It's a little corner of paradise, famous for the blue-shuttered house of Saint Cado, a real postcard of the Brittany region.
There are many natural and megalithic sites to visit in the surrounding area.
