In a quiet location, in the heart of the medieval quarter, this typical detached stone house sits on the host's property, between Tours and Le Mans. It's close to the 24H circuit, the La FlÚche Zoo (25 minutes), the Bercé Forest and its many trails, the Chùteau du Lude, and an hour from the Loire Valley Castles and the region's main vineyards. The ideal location for nature lovers and those who enjoy fishing in the local lake. Surrounded by an orchard, the cottage is located on a superb private estate with trees and flowers.
This cottage can accommodate up to 4 people.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher), toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery.
Living room: 1 sofa bed (140x190), smart TV, Wi-Fi, and Blu-ray player upon request. 1 bedroom: 1 bed (140x190), 1 sitting area, reading area on the mezzanine, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail
1 laundry room with washing machine, toilet, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner
Pellet stove heating, 1 bag free for 2 days in the cold season. (Pellet distributor in the town center)
