On the Route des Bastides: 8 km from the Bastide of Villefranche du PĂ©rigord: its covered market faces the 13th and 14th century houses and hosts a major seasonal porcini mushroom market. 15 km from the Bastide of Monpazier: a central square surrounded by arcades, perpendicular streets, and ramparts. For prehistory enthusiasts, visit the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac, 60 km away.
