Känns som hemma hemifrån. Swept Away är den perfekta, tysta, romantiska och roliga miljön med vackra sällsynta solnedgångar tvärs över sjön som lämnar dig i full ängslighet. Njut av våra 5 kajaker, 2 stå upp paddlar, en 6 personer roddbåt och paddla båt !! Vårt rymliga 2600 kvm hus har 3 våningar, 2. 5 badrum, ett på varje våning. För din bekvämlighet levererar vi sängkläder och ett fullt utrustat kök. Ta bara med dina favoritmat. Vi har också ett träningsområde i stugan utrustad med en liggande cykel, spel och böcker för barn. Vårt hem är inställt för internet, spelkub och Xbox. Vi har HDTV: er, en DVD- och VHS-spelare. Vi är på gångavstånd från poolen. Vårt hem är på den tystaste gatan med knappt någon trafik och är därför väldigt tyst och privat. Vi är några minuter från det nya och fantastiska Kalahari, New Mount Airy Casino, Jack Frost / Big Boulder & Crossings

Casino: Vi är några minuter från New Mount Airy Lodge Casino och det nya Kalahari.

Ski Resorts: Inom 7 minuter från Jack Frost - Big Boulder skidområden och 20 minuter från året runt kul på Camelback Mountain.

Vänligen läs alla anmärkningar nedan för tydlighet: 20 $ behandlingsavgift. Gate Pass Avgift är $ 15 per bil. Mellan Memorial Day Weekend och Labor Day Weekend tar Arrowhead-samhället ut 12 och upp $ 8 per dag eller $ 35 varje vecka (obligatoriskt). Även om det är sällsynt är det viktigt att notera: vi har inte kontroll över sjön, poolen, bekvämligheter, aktiviteter etc., stängningar naturliga eller onaturliga. Därför finns det inga återbetalningar om några avslutningar skulle inträffa vid ditt schemalagda besök. (detta är mycket sällsynt men kan hända)

På sommaren hyr vi från lördag till lördag och har en incheckning 18:00 och en utcheckning 13:00.

På hösten, vintern och våren varierar dessa tider. Vi har i allmänhet en 15-incheckning och en 12-incheckning. Om du av någon anledning behöver förändra tider, fråga gärna. Om vi kan gör vi absolut undantag. Detta händer inte på sommaren som andra säsonger.

Vi är husdjurfria och rökfria. Inga undantag.

Du måste vara 25 år eller äldre för att skriva kontrakt. Vi gör inga undantag för detta.

Efter att avtal har accepterats ber vi om två former av ID. giltigt körkort och registrering.

Båtar är säkra med övervakning och uppfart för väderlek hela tiden.

Perfect Spot for a Fun, Relaxing Getaway

We booked this house for a quick getaway and honestly had a great time. The house was very clean, cheerfully decorated, and felt so welcoming the moment we arrived. Although it was a bit large for just the two of us, we could easily see two families or a group of friends having an absolute blast here. There’s plenty of space and so many activities to keep everyone entertained.We especially loved kayaking and fishing right off the dock, and relaxing in the hot tub. We also lucked out and caught Music Bingo at the AH Lodge. It was packed, the people were so friendly and the songs brought back so many great memories. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Spring break getaway

The place is perfect. Best possible view for watching every season over the span of 5 days, from 70's one day to snow the next. Kids were on the lake for hours kayaking & catching fish. Inside outside games firepit hot tub. Thanks to our hosts!

Nice Location!

House was beautiful. Hot tub was great and house had everything we needed. The community has some rules most of them mentioned in listing. There were 6 adults in our group and the house had good space for this amount.

Excellent host and amazing property

This was an excellent outing for our family and friends. Lake side view was phenominal and the bon fire we did made our trip. Lisa and Mike were amazing and of great help, i had a lot of questions but they made sure to respond on time and guide us through every step. Definitely a second trip planning in progress 😀

Gorgeous getaway

Quick weekend trip with my haband and 2 kids. The property was beautiful, clean and came fully loaded with everything you could possibly need. The lake was incredible and we got to venture out and explore on all of the watercraft provided at the house. My kids were never bored with all of the games and activities that were provided as well. Great time and will definitely go back!!

2nd weekend in a row!

Booked this property for a bachelor party 1 weekend, loved it so much, rebooked it for the following weekend for my wife children and extended family as it is perfect for any occasion. The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t do the views justice, stunning sunset lake views. Hosts were wonderful and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Fun week, great location on lake, so many rules though

Big house right on the lake with plenty of water toys (kayaks, SUPs, canoes) to take out and private dock to fish off of. Our family of 4 stayed with our friends (also family of 4) for the week. Both sets of kids are 7 and 10. Lots of space to spread out. On the smaller and more quiet lake in the area, beach to easily paddle to from the house which was fantastic. We made fires, read by the water, lots of games to play. Sadly we didn't discover how fun the pool table was until the day before leaving when it was rainy. Nice area to get away from the kids while they hung out upstairs. Area drivers are courteous, giving walkers and bicyclists plenty of room and waving. My only complaint is the intense and overwhelming set of rules and regulations. I can understand they have probably been burned in the past but I would recommend tuning it down. Email just prior had a lot in it, this was repeated and then some in the house binder along with additional written in rules starred and bolded and then I received a couple texts reiterating the same. Some wear and tear should be expected when renting out your house to others, especially with children. We were careful to abide by them as much as possible but it added some stress to the visit in the beginning. The instructions to "double and triple check the house is locked" and don't shout the door code to others for our safety made it sound like a high crime area however we barely saw anyone else the entire time we were there.

Lovely and peaceful lakeside location

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay ay "Sweptaway," The house is charming, clean, well-appointed, and spacious for 8 occupants (although the 8 sleeping spaces are split between 3 bedrooms, which may or may not work well for the composition of your party). We made regular use of deck, grill, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, and flotilla of small boats including standup paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe. The sunsets viewed from the deck or the dock were glorious.

Amazingly Relaxing

Property was extremely clean. Everything was as described. We’ve stayed in this community 4 years now and this was our third different house - and by far our favorite. It’s on the smaller lake and was SO quiet and peaceful. Lisa was very easy to get in touch with if needed. We had no issues whatsoever with our stay. Can’t wait until next year!!!

Relaxing and peaceful

My family had a very relaxing week at Swept Away, which was exactly what we needed. We loved having all of the amenities available on the property and not having to leave at all. We enjoyed morning coffee on the dock, kayaking, the hot tub, fire pit, pool table and everything else it had to offer. Communication with Lisa made everything much easier so we could enjoy our week. The only bad part was having our vacation end.

Perfect property for family vacation

Rental vacation properties like this are rare: private lakefront facing west, dock, boats, hammocks, swings, hot tub, pool table and other games, room to spread out, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds... I'm sure there's much more I'm forgetting. The sunsets, however, are unforgettable. The Lake Arrowhead community has lovely beaches and pools but we ended up spending almost all of our time at the house. I highly recommend this home and appreciate the care and communications from owners Lisa and Michael. 10/10!

Best Birthday ever!

My family, (husband, mid twenty something daughter and son and their significant others) Stayed at Swept Away for this past Memorial Day weekend for my 60th birthday. The house and yard were spotless! And everything was so cheerfully painted and decorated! It was plenty big enough for the 6 of us and we had everything we needed already there! We didn't need to go anywhere! We spent such amazing, bonding family moments right on the property having coffee sitting by the lake on the swings, playing outdoor ping pong, laying in the two hammocks and around the firepit. We also spent a lot of time in the hot tub which was actually HOT and the jets ALL worked! Mostly we spent time on the lounge chairs and the dock and on paddle boards and kayaks. The kids played pool and we saw deer, a ton of butterflies and and Eagle! The sunsets were so lovely every evening as well! We grilled and cooked in the well stocked kitchen. If I were to build a lake house, it would be exactly like this! We will definitely be back! It was a perfect, Magical, long weekend and we were all sad to leave the space! I'm the number one fan of this lake house!

Quiet Getaway

Went looking for a quiet weekend getaway and found exactly what we were looking for. Only problem was the weekend went by so fast. Enjoyed our time here very much. Thank you for everything. Perfection

Gated community check in was organized and easy. House was perfect. Had sheets, towels, blankets, and everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful house and spot right on the lake was gorgeous!! Binder in the house with all local info you would ever need. It was great!

There was an additional feel that had to be paid to the community that could have been added into the original cost rather than an additional payment. The house and location are great with a lot of great features like a pool table and a grand fire pit

Beautiful Lakehouse Getaway

Cute lakehouse in an amazing spot on the lake. The house was clean and quaint, with everything we needed. The view and backyard was amazing on North Arrowhead Lake. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful!

Our family spent a few days at this lovely home. The natural beauty all around this home is really special. The sunsets truly are spectacular! The wildlife is incredible! We enjoyed our time exploring and enjoying the outdoors even in the rain. The home itself was comfortable and welcoming. The owners are kind and easy to communicate with. They supply a great binder for guests with instructions and information. We are happy we were able to spend some time here.

Great family celebration 🎉

All 5 of us enjoyed our stay tremendously! We enjoyed sitting by the water, in the hot tub and swimming. We enjoyed playing many games and had wonderful family conversations. Family is very important to us, away from phones, TVs etc.. we surely need to return for a longer stay!! Thank you!! And we had feasts and celebrated a 70th birthday 🎂 with an original Sacher Torte, flown in from Austria 😃

While house hunting in 2005, our agent brought us to this lakefront. After the showing and our agent drove off, we realized our car-keys were accidentally left inside the house! While waiting hours for the agent to return, we were unexpectedly greeted by the warm summer glow of the sun that set over the property. It was so stunning, in that moment we realized we needed to experience this over and over again. ALL things happen for a reason. Over the years, whenever we could escape the concrete jungle and grind of New York City with our children, the lake provided that much needed therapy for us to recharge. We come here, unload, breathe the fresh air, take long walks and bike rides all over the community and talk about life and our dreams. It’s been nothing short of a blessing. We welcome you with our heart to our home. We hope your stay brings you amazing memories. That is the standard we’ve set for our property. We hope to be a great fit for your family.
