Located on the 2á” floor without lift, the accommodation comprises:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bunk bed;
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a beautiful living room with a dining area.
You'll have everything you need for a great stay, including: freezer, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette machine, TV, washing machine, iron, ski storage and parking.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
One of the flat's strong points is its location. It is in a quiet, natural setting surrounded by trees, hiking trails and mountain bike paths. But it's only 10 minutes by car from all the town's amenities: shops, restaurants, cinema and swimming pool. And 2 minutes by funicular from the Arc 1600 ski resort and the entire Paradiski area.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the town is famous, such as :
- The magnificent views over the valley and Mont Blanc,
- Charlotte Perriand's typical architecture at Arc 1600,
- The Haute Tarentaise dairy cooperative,
- The funicular that links the centre of Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Arc 1600 in just 7 minutes.

Bicycle paths and hiking trails are nearby.
