Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the home. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a 1-stall garage for parking convenience, in-unit laundry facilities for added convenience, a fenced yard with a back deck, and a grill with utensils for outdoor cooking. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

The Rapid bus system and the free DASH Bus cover major destinations, providing affordable public transit. Lime offers bike and scooter rentals through a convenient app. Visitors can also utilize ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft or traditional taxis. Book with confidence at this property, as they offer a risk-free cancellation policy allowing you to cancel up to 5 day before check-in for a full refund. However, local residents must obtain prior authorization before booking to maintain property integrity and ensure safety.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.

To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions.

Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a $1,000 security deposit.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.
• Cancellations made within 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus the 4% credit card processing fee. A refund will not be given for in-stay cancellations for any remaining nights (with the exception of Airbnb)

Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
