Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my 43-square-meter apartment in the heart of Paris, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a freestone building. It's ideally located near the Centre Pompidou, Place du Châtelet and the banks of the Seine, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Stroll through a lively, historic district and discover the magic of Paris!

## Logement
Located in the center of Paris, the apartment includes:
- a living room and a mezzanine with 2 double beds ;
- a bathroom ;
- a beautiful living room with exposed beams and a TV for relaxing after an intense day;
- two small balconies that will be much appreciated in summer!
One of the apartment's assets is its practicality: with its exposed beams, you can use the balcony with its poufs by unfolding the small round table and placing it in front of the window.
It's also very popular for its location:
- close to museums, galleries, mansions, exhibitions, bars, restaurants and terraces, stores ;
- a 3-minute walk from the "Intermarché EXPRESS Paris 01" supermarket for everyday shopping;
- 260 m from metro lines 1, 4 and 14;
- close to the pedestrian areas of central Paris (Les Halles, le Marais, place des Vosges, Quais de Seine, rue Montorgueil...);
- excellent public transport links, so you can stroll all over the city and its surroundings! The district is very close to the Châtelet-Les Halles metro and RER station, which serves the whole of Paris and the Ile-de-France region.
You'll find everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one: Saeco percolator coffee machine, Wifi, Balcony, Television, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Smoke detector, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
The 1st arrondissement, the historical and geographical center of Paris, is, as the 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements, is a small neighborhood. And yet, it will take you a long time to go around it, as it is full of historical buildings and places more remarkable than the others. Museums, palaces, mansions, cafes, restaurants and shops await you at every corner.
But it is not only a museum neighbourhood, as the district of Chatelet-les Halles is an axis of passage and also a major meeting place for Parisians.
