SunBay Resort is set on the shores of LakeHamilton in Hot Springs. This southern retreat offers you both quiet seclusion and a full line of recreational facilities. Within a short drive is the Hot Springs National Park, offering hiking and horseback riding. For golfers, there is an 18-hole course only five miles away.

General urgent notes: Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. and strictly enforced. Assigned unit numbers can't be guaranteed. Unit size and type are guaranteed. In preparation for your upcoming vacation please check for any testing requirements, travel restrictions, or local mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your confirmed destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state, and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Only the Lodge has an elevator. Other buildings have single-story staircases. RESORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REASSIGN UNITS UPON NEED. UNIT TYPE WILL REMAIN INTACT. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. and strictly enforced.
