Le Lion d’Or 6: pretty T3 in the center of Chatel

Recently built, this functional T3 for 4 people is ideally located in the heart of the village for easy access to the shops and the Super Chatel cable car. With a small balcony, it benefits from a lovely view of the church tower and the peaks. It consists of an entrance opening onto a living room with an equipped kitchen and extending into a corridor leading to two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed with storage space and is close to a bathroom with toilet. At the other end of the corridor, a second bedroom with storage also includes two bunk beds, the bed on the first level being a double bed, the bed upstairs being a single bed. An en-suite bathroom with toilet completes this room. For your comfort, the apartment is rented with linen (sheets and towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. This T3 has a ski locker. In summer, the Portes du Soleil multipass is included and offered for 4 people. Equipment: refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, induction hob, fondue set, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, TV. Upon arrival, a deposit of €1200 will be requested from you by credit card imprint. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.
