The house was clean and very comfortable. We were not able to get the TV working in one of the bedrooms, but we didn't worry about that issue or contact the owner. The refrigerator icemaker was not functioning, but ice trays were supplied. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. The location was good for food and shopping local to the area. Communication was great with the owner, and I would have no problem staying at this property again.

We came to Charlotte for basketball. This house worked well for myself and two teenagers. I didn't realize it was pet friendly Vrbo until I saw the dog bed and bowl. It did not smell like animals had been there which was a relief.

It was clean and very spacious. Hosts were easy to reach and very responsive. It would be nice if trees could be cut back in backyard or if the grill could be moved out from under them. It was very hard to use the grill because of all the foliage. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte.

Our dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard! The home was clean, well set up, and put us in distance of the bowling competion our son was in. We will definately rent this again if we have another competition we need to attend!

Nice place and great location for us

Nice spacious house with a lot of amenities for our stay like the full kitchen. We were visiting for a week to Matthews and this was about 15 minutes away, great location with a ton of restaurants and stores within minutes. Great for family

Great Stay!

This place works great for us to visit the area with our pups and adult kids. It is close to the city for us to go downtown and also close to Ballantyne and my grandson. It is dog friendly with a large fenced in backyard. Thank you!

Property in Charlotte

Nice home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Interior needs some cosmetic work but this is a well kept property and the property owners seems very pleasant and supportive. Overall a nice stay that I would recommend to others if in need of a property close to Atrium Medical Center.

Great home away from home

We had a flood at our home and needed a place to stay with our dog, and this home was perfect for us. Andrew was wonderful to work with through several weeks and knowledgeable about our situation. The home was clean, the yard great for our dog, and the location made it possible to for us to pretend we were on vacation during a very stressful time. Definitely recommend!

Honestly I was coming into this property expecting a beautiful stay based on the ratings I saw, but as time went on through staying in the house that expectation quickly left because there were tiny bugs all over the place and even a dead cockroach on the ground. As I explained this to the owner of the property while we were leaving instead of having an exterminator come out before we arrived, he canceled our stay on his end before talking more about a solution and I had to fight with him to get my money reimbursed back to me for the nights I wasn’t staying there so I could find another stay. I would not reccomend anyone stay at this property. It made my trip to NC very sour with their poor communication. 0.5
