Haggville Hacienda - Private Riverfront @Vacation Frio River - Pool
This rental combines a beautifully decorated Penthouse suite and 4 cozy, individual suites. With an amazing panoramic view of the Frio River, private riverfront access and an exclusive pool and outdoor kitchen, this rental is perfect for the "all-inclusive" family retreat!
The Penthouse suite is top-notch, with King Ranch Furniture, a full kitchen and bar, its own living area and three (3) separate sleeping areas with vaulted ceilings.
The other four suites include their own kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker and wet bar with granite throughout.
Each suite has a private, full bathroom.
Penthouse with upstairs loft includes:
1 King bed, 1 Queen,
â1 Double and 2 Twin beds and 1 sleeper couch.
Penthouse has one full bath, a gourmet kitchen and cozy living space of its own.
Ground Level:
4 Private Suites include: (Ground level)
(two rooms) have:1 Queen/Queen bunk bed
âand 1 Queen/Twin bunk beds. (rooms #1 & #2)
(One room) has: Queen over King Bunk and Full over Full Bunk with picture widow looking at the river (room #7)
(One Room) has: two Queen over Queen bunks (room #3)
All 4 suites each have a full bath, kitchenette (microwave, sink, mini fridge and cabinet storage) and dining tables.
Downstairs you'll find your exclusive outdoor pool and kitchen space. You will fall in love with this gathering space, complete with 80" TV, full kitchen appliances, gated pool and live-edge wood picnic tables the owner custom-makes by hand!
You'll have your own beautiful outdoor pool with a water feature and outdoor kitchen/pavilion, which has become very popular with our guests for entertaining their large groups.
You'll also have access to our private waterfront on the Frio River, just a short 200' walk to the shore or you can bring one car to tailgate!
We love pets! We have two dogs on property. Pets are allowed in all of the rooms EXCEPT the Penthouse suite, due to the carpet and furniture. Prior-approval for all pets by the owner is required, and our general guidelines are as follows: 35lb maximum, non-aggressive breeds, non-shedding, and again with prior approval from the owner. Please note there is a pet fee.
We have been family owned and managed since 1960 to give your family the VIP experience that we provide. Check out our other two popular homes, Porter's Tree Haus (VRBO-857879) and Ella's Guest Lodge (VRBO-924898)

I was born and raised in Kingsville, Texas. After 35 successful years in the Dry Cleaning/Laundry business, I retired and built 2 homes and 7 suites in 2016 on the same land my mother and father purchased in 1960. Now, the property layout includes 4 spacious, private homes. I spend my summers entertaining and hosting families on the beautiful Frio River. My parents always loved having groups of friends and family enjoy this land for all of my life. Now I get to carry on their dream and help give families an unforgettable vacation experience in this stunning Texas getaway!

This property has been in my family estate and owned since 1960. It is one of the last properties on the Frio River with unchanged, undeveloped private riverfront which I enjoyed growing up in the 60's!
My unique architectural style and decorating flair makes my properties breathtakingly elegant, yet cozy with all the amenities of home.
