The location of the property being on the water with a great beach below was incredible. The unit was super nice, new like condition, and better then what we expected. The owner stocked it beyond what is normally found anywhere and everything was super comfortable and nice. We can't wait to go back !

Great stay

Great place for the first trip to Lake Havasu! The second "bunk house" bedroom was a little inconvenient when having to walk outside onto the deck to enter the main house to use the restroom, but it worked fine. The view and wildlife watching from the deck was the best part! Thanks for a great stay!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Hands down, being Waterfront and the breathtaking views! We fell in love! The sunrises, moonlight and overall feeling of peace is truly special. We're located on the island, what we enjoy the most, is that our Community is very friendly. Everyone waves and says hello to each other as you drive or walk by. Enjoy socializing at the Pool, Spa, Docks, Recreation, Playroom. Cool facts - There's a paved Walking/Biking trail across the street from our resort entrance. London Bridge is a 5-7 minutes. We're next door to the infamous Site 6 launch ramp, and sand dunes Lighthouse a few minutes away for watching the Sunsets and riding UTV's. All sorts of fun to be had. We find it very difficult when's time to go home :)
