We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80âs during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/sit is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80âs during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/ it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'
