This stylish and modern loft, renovated by a French architect, is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 2 people. Furnished and decorated with great attention to detail.

Living room with a corner sofa and TV. Powerful air conditioning. Large high table with 4 stools.

Full equipped kitchen with all domestic appliances:
refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils.

Modern and spacious bath with big shower.

High speed Internet connection / 500 Mbps

Its location on the top of a quiet, slightly sloping street offers a panoramic view over Copacabana and Pao de AçĂșcar âš
Please note that there are not many taxis driving down our street. And some Uber might refuse to pick you up on the top of the hill because Rua Saint Roman is a narrow two-way street and traffic might be tricky at times.
Don't panic!!! đ Walking down âïž from the apartment to the bottom of the street, where you will be able to get taxi or Uber, takes just 3 minutes, and walking back up âïž takes 5 minutes, more or less.
This short walk is the âpriceâ to pay to enjoy the great views that some guests have described as âa stunning view of Copacapanaâ or even âa postcard view of the favela illuminated at dusk.â
Even though the way is not that long, if you don't want to walk down and up the street đ, you can take a moto-taxi đ”, the cheapest, fastest and most typical way to go down and up the street.
