Located on the 4th floor you will find a main room with an equipped kitchen opening onto the sleeping area opening onto a pretty terrace enjoying a view of the Ospedale valley as well as a bathroom with WC.
The advantage of this apartment is the proximity to all amenities as well as a private parking space in the basement. The finishing work on the common areas will stop during the summer, the elevator will be operational soon.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Beach towels and kitchen towels are not provided.
