The beach, the warm sand and the sun are waiting for you!
Get away from it all, and forget about time constraints and everyday worries... This apartment is perfect for your stay by the sea!
Enter directly into the room with 1 pull-out bed and a shower "back from the beach".
The living area features a lounge with armchairs and flat-screen TV, and a kitchen equipped with a 3-burner vitro hob, hood, electric oven, microwave, TASSIMO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, washing machine... and a dining area.
Separate toilet.
The master bedroom includes 1 140cm bed + closet and an adjoining shower room in "atelier" mode.
And to get the day off to a good start, enjoy a coffee in the morning, a fruit juice in the sunshine... it's so good to enjoy the terrace with the first rays of sunshine and a breath of iodized air at any time of day!
If the sun gets in your way, deploy your manual awning!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 ⏠per day or 39.90 ⏠per week within the limits of available stock
