Newly renovated home in the up and coming Thomasville Heights! This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home , which 1 bedroom has been used as a game room (please refer to pics) with original hardwood floors, brand -new kitchen with a beautiful back -splash, new cabinets, and SS appliances. Enjoy walking the quiet neighborhood and the spacious front back yard, or take a trip to all the nearby attractions including Starlight Drive-In In which is minutes away! The outside seating area very stylish but the inside is even more attractive, giving you that modern style look. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. This is my best kept secret and I want to share it with you all!!!!!

Such a cozy home and excellent host!

This house was perfect for our little weekend vacation in ATL. Downtown was easily accessible and we never drove more than 15 mins to get anywhere we went. More importantly, Lakeisha was an INCREDIBLE host. The check in process was simple yet efficient, the house was so clean and well stocked, and Lakeisha was very communicative and jumped into action when we accidentally locked ourselves out (oops!). She got my boyfriend a very thoughtful gift for his birthday which was a really sweet bonus. Highly recommend this house for location, cleanliness, and guest experience. We will be back!

Birthday Getaway

Surprise my boyfriend with a trip to Atlanta to drive his dream car, and we just wanted a place that was nice but also had fun included. We played games we havent played in years. Lakeisha’s response time was amazing and she was so sweet. Would highly recommend this property!

Great property manager-She thought of everyhing to make the stay great!

This was a lovely experience for us. We were in town for our son's college graduation and needed several days to stay. The home has everything you need to make you feel at home. Although we were out of the house the majority of the time, this would be the perfect place for a relaxing "stay at home" vacation.

Mother’s Day Getaway

Words cannot express how amazed we were with this property!! Everything was exactly as stated in description plus more and just enough for a weekend getaway to celebrate Mother’s Day with my mom and family. The home had everything we needed….games, music, electric grill, TV in every room to include the kitchen…lol, backyard patio with volleyball net. We felt safe and secure with keypad lock and alarm system. This is a nice, charming bungalow you wouldn’t want to miss out on plus the neighborhood is quiet…..definitely my favorite spot in SE Atlanta. I will be staying here again!!!

Birthday in the ATL

My stay here was nothing short of Amazing. Kesha responded quickly to my message when I couldn’t connect Wi-Fi to the Tv ( I was putting in the wrong Wi-Fi address). The property has all the latest device. Also she have several activities in the house you can enjoy on a rainy day or late night. The neighborhood was rather quiet & settled surprisingly. Only problem the house says 3 bedroom in its actually 2 sleeping bedrooms. I will definitely book again.

Property was exactly what was listed and pictured. Owner was friendly and attentive.

Property was close to Aquarium, local shopping, dining, and other attractions . Property was clean and well stocked with essential items and games to pass the time. I would recommend and return to this location.

We loved it!

This place was great! I had a Dr's appointment at Emory Hospital and this was my first time staying in atlanta,🙃 My husband, my parents and i loved this place! The host was supper nice and made it really easy to check in and communicate with her. The location was quiet at night which was a nice surprise as we all expected it to be loud with traffic and it seemed like a supper safe location, the house had an alarm. it was also supper clean with anything we might have forgotten to bring stored in the cabinets in the hallway (towels, more sheets, travel size toothpaste, new unopened toothbrushes, etc). This place made my doctor's appointment feel more like a vacay! There are nice tvs in every room of the house except the bathroom and there is a nice roomy back yard, the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances. We will be booking here again If we are back in atlanta. ❤

All the amenities - Close to downtown

Great spot - beautifully furnished My wife and I came down to see the botanical gardens and enjoy the springtime air now that covid restrictions are easing and we loved having a centrally located comfy spot to comeback and make dinner. 5 STARS!

Cleanliness and location

This property was exactly like the pictures. Owner is very attentive and friendly even if you have a million questions like myself. All new appliances and complimentary snacks/bottled water. Great location to do pretty much anything in Atlanta. Will definitely rent again. Thanks again Keisha!!

Great place!!

This was a very comfortable and quiet place. Everything we needed and more including snacks and water were provided here. The property owner was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Atlanta.

Great experience

This cute and cozy home made for a wonderful Atlanta experience. We were located close to all the things we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The home was so cute and the host had everything we forgot to pack already there!! The host was very responsive and helpful!

The house was very beautiful itself on the inside and out and the owner was very nice and polite Even when we were having Wi-Fi issues when it started storming I would most definitely come back to this house again and book with her again .

Cozy, sassy, and all together peaceful!!

My family and I loved this property!! It was beautiful inside in all it’s simple ways, clean, bright, and fun. It was very cozy but with the bright colors it made the place feel naturally big. Our host was delightful to the fullest very attentive to our needs, and even had such great hospitality. Making sure we didn’t need anything or just our well-being in general. Check in process was so easy and simple we never had any problems with that. This property was delightful and we do look forward to coming again!

Excellent and friendly

Lakeisha was a great host even though I think we gave her a head ache with all the times we set off the alarm system, LOL! She was always courteous and polite when she called. Answered all of our questions with no frustration thank you again
