It is a real estate complex of 8 buildings made up of apartments with a quiet and clear view of the mountains. Close to the slopes, ski lifts, and shops, this residence is the ideal place to spend a pleasant family vacation. Free outdoor parking is available
Accommodation: Apartment with an entrance on the ground floor (approx.45m2) for 6 people, terrace facing south on the 1st floor, in Le Hameau de Balestas 500 meters from the slopes.Access to the slopes provided by a free shuttle and return skis to the feet by a blue track accessible to all.Living room with 1 double sofa bed and TV.Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed and bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.Kitchen area equipped with ceramic glass hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.Bathroom with separate bath and toilet.Independent ski box on the ground floor.
