We offer two bedrooms, two baths, an updated kitchen, dining room, living room and beautiful lanai. It has been completely remodeled from top to bottom in June 2021. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. This unit is located on the 1st floor; above the covered parking. You will have access to an elevator and/or staircase to the 1st floor. In addition, in the covered parking, you will find bike racks, mailboxes, the elevator and stairwell. For your convenience, grocery carts are available as well and located by the elevator. Very helpful for heavy hauling and, all your groceries once you return from Publix; our grocery store that is located mid-island; just two miles down the road.

Our Estero Cove Beach Condo is located directly across the street from beautiful, soft, white sandy Fort Myers Beach. Literally, steps away. Also, the building we are in faces West so you are able to watch beautiful sunsets from the cozy lanai.

The plusses in residing in this perfect location is you have many restaurants located one block away in the Santini Plaza that you can walk to. There, you will find Subway, South Beach Grill, The Sandbar, Skyes, Oliver’s Place, Truly Scrumptious and Fish Tales on the marina. All are VERY good. In addition to those, there is shopping in the plaza as well. Directly across the street from Estero Cove is The Wyndham Garden Hotel. In there is a another fabulous restaurant called Pinchers. You have the option to either dine inside or outside. The outside dining there is located at the Pinchers Tiki Bar on The Beach. Great food and great fun! The Tiki has entertainment with outstanding bands. There is also live entertainment at Oliver’s Place in Santini Plaza.

With miles of beach to stroll, you are also close to so many more beautiful beaches. There is Lover’s Key State Park, Sanibel and Captiva Island, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, and Delnor-Wiggins State Park; just to name a few. Just three miles North on Estero Blvd., you will find the area of Time Square. That is where most of the action is. It is very touristy; with so much to do. If you don’t feel like driving, there is always the Fort Myers Beach Trolley that runs up and down Estero Blvd.

Get here, unpack, take in the beautiful sunshine/weather, take a walk down by the Gulf of Mexico, come back, pour yourself a beverage and take a break out on the coastal lanai. Once you’re here, there is so much to do and see. The BEST thing about that...you’ll be here for a while to get it all in. ENJOY!!!
