## Space
Spacious and well-equipped apartment located in a recent secure residence with elevator. The apartment is composed as follows:
- Entrance corridor with wardrobe storage and ironing and cleaning equipment
- Spacious bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC
- Bedroom with 2 single beds, cupboard
- Living room with raised bar for dining area
- Kitchen area open to the living room, fully equipped (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, hotplates, oven, fridge, washing machine, kitchen equipment)
- Pull-out sofa bed in the living room
- Terrace accessible from the living room with outdoor furniture
The apartment has an outdoor swimming pool (unheated) in the residence available for vacationers.
The apartment also has an internet connection.
## Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
## Interaction
Holidaymakers must contact the agency no later than 2 days before their arrival to arrange a meeting time for handing over the keys at the accommodation address. Since someone will have to come on site to welcome you, a specific time for handing over the keys would be appreciated.
If you wish to arrive outside arrival times, particularly after 7 p.m., please ask the agency if an alternative arrival is possible.
Throughout the reservation, tenants will also be able to contact the agency if they have questions about the accommodation and/or the neighbourhood in order to ensure the smooth running of their stay.
Departures are made no later than 10 a.m. Please contact the agency to arrange an appointment for handing over the keys.
## Neighbourhood
The residence is located a few steps from the Oliviers swimming pool with its outdoor park and greenery. At the intersection of the street, you will find the pretty restaurant Le Jardin offering a spacious exterior and many dish options including their famous grills.
Located in the Montfleury district, tenants will be able to take full advantage of all the local shops including pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, tobacconist, restaurants, bars, printers, wine merchant, doctors, florists, post office, banks, etc.
About 10 minutes from the apartment is the Cannes SNCF train station as well as the famous Rue d'Antibes and its many shops. A 15-minute walk away you will also have the famous Croisette with its luxury stores and its large trendy beaches.
The Palais des Festivals are approximately 25 minutes walk from the accommodation.
##Notes
The accommodation does not have a parking space, so you will have to find a space on the street depending on availability.
Parking located under the intermaché of Place du Commandant Maria, an 8-minute walk from the apartment, is available (payable, see prices on their website).
End of stay cleaning is included in the reservation. However, the dishes must be done on departure as well as the trash taken out in the residence's trash room.
A sheet kit will be provided for each bed on arrival depending on the number of people noted on the reservation. A shower towel will also be provided per person upon arrival.
Pool and/or beach towels are not included in the reservation.
Linen changes during the stay are an additional charge as well as mid-stay cleanings. Please contact the agency to obtain a quote for these services.
The apartment door slams. Remember to always keep a key with you when you go out. Tenants who leave the keys in the door lock and/or the keys inside the apartment and find themselves stuck outside will have to pay locksmith fees.
Evenings are prohibited and quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Pets are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
The swimming pool is dedicated to tenants noted in the reservation. The condominium does not accept guests of vacationers.
