The mobile home is a Rapidhome Lodge 77 from 2019 with an area of 32mÂČ.
It is in excellent condition. It is accompanied by a new covered terrace of 15 mÂČ.
Composition :
A small lounge area, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with storage space, a bathroom, a separate toilet.
Equipment:
- Reversible air conditioning, garden table, 2 deckchairs, drying racks, 60cm television, 4 gas burners, microwave grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery for 10 people and other utensils , duvets (x4), pillows (x8), fan, electric grill, vacuum cleaner, 1 double bed, 3 single beds (Sleeping capacity 5 people).
- To provide: fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.
Rental highlights:
- Beautiful location with open view, quiet while remaining close to amenities
- The central living room allows separation of the double bedroom from the other bedroom.
- The covered terrace which allows a considerable expansion of the mobile home
- The gate allows you to secure the terrace if you have a young child or an animal.
