ROSE Vacances offers you this charming house with pool, tastefully decorated, in a quiet and secure holiday residence, Pironnière district, near the ocean in Les Sables d'Olonne, perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends!
House that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation consists of a functional and well-equipped living room with its sofa, dining table and chairs as well as a TV and WIFI.
An open and fully equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, kettle, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine (Philips Barista).
This room opens directly onto an enclosed and landscaped garden, with terrace, private and secure pool, where you can enjoy the sun, ideal for resting after a day cycling or grilling! Deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue are available.
Independent toilets.
On the night side, you will find three double bedrooms, two bedrooms with a 180 bed and a third bedroom with a 140 bed, all three are equipped with bedside tables, closet/wardrobe.
A fully equipped bathroom, a shower, a bathtub, a hairdryer and a vanity unit with storage.
To complete the accommodation you will have a shed outside with washing machine.
Parking is free in front of the house.
