We absolutely loved our stay and that we were able to bring our dog! The house was clean, had all of things you may want or need and the store, brewery and sports bar within walking distance was awesome. We are already talking about when we can come back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Disappointed with lakeside area. Weedy sandy area that was not comfortable for sitting at. Happily the house was clean and we were comfortable with it. Nice appliances that worked well.

Beautiful spot on the Lake. The cabin was situated between 2 other cabins- so not very much privacy. The neighbors were very kind- and we appreciated that.

We are more than just satisfied. The extra benefits for me the bed was comfortable (no body soreness ) I like to take long hot showers (the hot water lasted longer than I did.lol

Susan is an amazing host. The cottage was absolutely perfect for us and our little dogs. Bed was very comfortable, and the party store right across the street is a game changer which also has really good food. 10 minutes from East Tawas was another great perk for food and a cool little downtown feel. There is so much to do but we chose to do a lot of relaxing and this was a great spot at a reasonable cost. We will definitely be back!!!

Tired my dogs so much they actually shared a bed. Never happens!

Excellent experience!

The Hubby and I booked this place for a little romantic Anniversary get away and we had an absolute blast! Very comfortable and accommodating location. Close to food, spirits, store and the beautiful lake. Top notch owners, highly recommend, will stay here again 😊

The property was very clean and nice. Sadly, we had a few days of rain. We are looking forward to renting again.

The cabin was nice and clean. I do feel that the owner over rated the lake and small beach. If you have any kind of handicap you will not be able to get to the lake.

Perfect get away

Nice property with lake access and convenience store directly across the street. We very much enjoyed playing with our dog in the crystal clear water. Brewery around the corner was fantastic and we also enjoyed dinner a few times at Sand Lake bar which was within walking distance. Overall pleasant stay.

Great stay on the lake

We stayed here last summer and it was the perfect little getaway at the lake. Great location and the host was wonderful and very friendly. Check in was easy. Everything you need in the cabin for cooking, etc. and the party store across the street made it even more convenient. Can’t wait to go back, in the works of booking our next stay for this year. What a great rental! Cozy place. The owners were great, and they have thought of everything! This home has a great beach and is close to everything! We’d rent again!

Family Vacation

The location is fantastic. Only 15 minutes from Tawas City. The lake stays shallow enough for quite a ways out, making it great for my kids. There is a great big swing that my kids loved. Plenty of yard to run around in for kids and animals. The home is cozy and the owner is kind. I'd stay here again.

Just what we needed

Cute, comfy and clean. Great location with a store, bar and microbrewery all in walking distance. Folks at store across the street have a little of everything and are super friendly. Wasn't the best weather but there was plenty to do in the area. Nice rides and walks. Thanks Sue!

Amazing Vacation

This was our first lake vacation and it won't be the last! The house was perfect for our family of 4. Sue and Scott were great. It was nice having the party store across the street. My girls loved going over after dinner and getting ice cream. The house had everything we needed and more. Just an overall great week!
