Will stay again.

We read the reviews and were concerned about bug problem. So we arrived first day and did inspection and serious surface cleaning….. But found only a few dead roaches and the common areas were all great. Linens were clean and well stocked. But it is an older country home and really needs a deep clean. But we LOVED the house and will stay again if available. We enjoyed our 7 day stay at this property. Property owner and maintenance were very accessible and pleasant in communications. The location is central to many beaches. In the country, yet close to conveniences. The house was great layout for our four children and dog. Plenty of space. The bugs were under control. Very limited supply of cookware but all appliances worked-except blender. AC worked really well. This was an excellent booking for us.

Unhealthy living conditions.

I have sent you all pictures and contacted you Vrbo amd property manager about this house. It was roach infested and smelled of bug spray. Ome night was so bad my throat and eyes burned and itched we had to stay elsewhere. No one should stay here this home is not ready. I found a bed bug and flea bomb. I also found mouse and rat poisoning in the kitchen. Roach baits were everywhere but still was not enought to keep them away. Before i relized there were roaches i went to grocery store came pack to cook and no pots or pans. Had to go back out and buy some. When i can back and began to cook is when i found roaches running on counter.

Very nice little house

The manager, Mr. Bill was very nice. He was installing a window unit AC when we got there. He explained that the central unit worked, but it still might get a little warm at times. We never had to turn the window unit on. The central air worked perfectly. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The furnishings are really nice and the beds are very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.
