Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, coffee pot, toaster, ice maker, and blender; wifi/internet and cable, central HVAC, open living and dining area, washer/dryer and large screened in porch . This villa provides access to the Lakeside community pool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike and jogging trails and multiple fishing piers. We spent 4 days here and loved every minute! The condo is the cleanest, most well kept home we have ever spent time in through VRBO?others. It is in a great location, easy to get to beach, tennis, grocery, etc. Made our mini vacay a beautiful time at the beach! Book it now, you won't want to leave!

Great Little Getaway

Very lovely little place. Perfect for our family of four. Stocked with all you need and more. A bit of a hike to the beach, but that gives you a chance to walk off all the great food you will eat in this area. Excellent screened porch. Steps away from a pool. Would be nice if they gave an option for use of the cart.

Perfect Set Up!

We stay in the villas at Litchfield by the Sea all the time and this was by far our favorite set up, perfect for our family of four, the kids room had two full beds so my 7 year old daughter and 12 year old son didn’t complain about sharing the room! Close to the pool and fishing, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach! Highly recommend!

Great but short stay

This is a lovely condo. We were in town mainly to visit family, so beach proximity wasn't really an issue. One improvement the Lakeside Villas could use is a bike rack. I have a large bike, and the only way I felt secure was to hide it in the bushes.

Beautiful condo

Wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed. We love this area, so pretty and relaxing. This was our 5th stay at Litchfield by the Sea and we will keep coming back!
