Two-room apartment, on the first floor, with a surface area of approximately 30 sqm is ideal for accommodating up to 4 people, with a south-west facing balcony. Located at the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes and the ski school, in a residence with a heated indoor swimming pool, and benefiting from direct access to the ski lifts.

- A fitted kitchen open to the living room (fridge, 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and extractor hood)
- A dining and living room area with television and pull-out sofa bed (2*90), mini-bluetooth system and electric fireplace
- A balcony (with table, chairs and parasol in summer)
- Separate toilet
- A bedroom (1*140) with storage
- A bathroom with bathtub and electric towel dryer.
In the annex: an outdoor parking space and a ski locker.
