This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath home offers 2400 square feet of convenient living, fully equipped for up to 10 guests, top quality furnishings, full-service use kitchen, patio / deck, grill, attached garage, and high speed Wi-Fi internet. A short trip to downtown St. Joseph, across the street (a 10 minute walk) from Jean Klock Park / Beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunset over Lake Michigan, hit the walking/bike trails, kayaking, wineries & breweries and of course WORLD CLASS GOLF... and unobstructed views of hole #6.

Very nice house.

Husbands went tournament fishing, wives went shopping. House was great for 4 couples. Quiet neighborhood. House is very nice and has everything you need. HOA has rules that you need to read. Overall, good place to stay.

Great Place for a Family Stay

Our family has been staying here for a few years. Great location, great house, modern, clean, near walking paths and a short walk to the beach. Host is very responsive, and we love having family coffee time on the beautiful front porch every morning.

Beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and appreciated all the beach toys, bikes, and board games provided. The kitchen was nicely stocked too.

Our favorite mini getaway spot!

We love staying at this home! They have everything you need for a mini getaway and it feels like our home away from home! Always clean, always comfortable and it's the perfect location for all the things you want to do in St. Joe. Can't wait to come back in the summer!

Wedding weekend

The property exceeded our expectations! Host was very attentive and responsive prior to checkin. VERY CLEAN and well maintained. We took advantage of the bikes proved to explore. Easy ride to town and beach. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Perfect location and great property

We loved the close proximity to the beach and downtown. Everything we needed for the beach was available. The house had great spaces for our 8 adults and 1 baby and had everything we needed to even make meals at home. The house was very clean and kept up very well. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would definately stay again!

Excellent Lake House

There are some big things and little things that make this property excellent. The location is close to public beach (Jean Klock Park) is within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and well kept, with a playground and grills, etc. The house sits facing a golf course which would be great for golfers. It's also a short distance from downtown St. Joseph's. The house was clean and just as pictured. And was probably one of the most well stocked houses I've stayed in. Little things like spices, feminine products, plenty of towels (beach and bath) and blankets. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies and trash bags/ paper towels. This may seem minor but really helps a guest to feel at home and helps with not having to overbuy at the store. The house was also well stocked with board games, multiple bikes and even a kayak. There were beach chairs and a beach cart. We didn't need to have much communication with the owners/managers but it was clear on how to communicate with them. Check in and out was easy! Would highly recommend this property!

Parking Beware (Read parking bullet)

Let me start with the positives. - The property is very nice and is in a good location. - The property is very clean and well maintained. - Although we did not need it, the house comfortably sleeps the number of people they list. - The house is very well equipped and had anything that we would have needed if there longer. Negatives: - Clearly the HOA mortally despises the fact that they have VRBO units in the neighborhood. The contract for this property was the largest I have ever signed. It should have been a warning sign, but being positive did not give it a lot of thought. - MAKE SURE you carefully read the parking details. The property has VERY limited parking. One of our vehicles was towed even though we registered it. When we picked up the car at the tow lot, we were advised that the same HOA lady calls every Saturday and Sunday to get everyone towed. When we got back and realized where the approved overflow parking is, it is not in a very secure area. None of us were comfortable leaving our cars in that area. Again...The property is very nice, but if you are going to have a lot of cars it is a horrible option.

Amazing Location

We had an incredible time at this location. It was located super conveniently to local parks and beaches and the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and activities to choose from. The house was well-stocked, clean, and perfect for our family of 4!

House and location were great! Bedrooms, bathroom and living room were great. Size of kitchen was great also. Kitchen cabinets could use some organization and also some new skillets, other than that were pleased with the house and how well it was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Family Time

This property was perfect for our small family vacation! Well it was a long weekend. It was a short drive to Silver Beach and all that area has to offer. We enjoyed an afternoon sitting outside at a winery that was a 10 minute drive. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my niece, her husband and the baby. The upstairs bedrooms accommodated the rest of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals for 9 of us. Everyone had a great time and the house was perfect for all of us!
