Located in Moyenmoutier, in the heart of the Pays de Salm, this residence constitutes the perfect starting point for exploring the splendors of the surrounding landscapes, between lush forests and winding rivers.
The region, rich in hikes, invites adventure, while the surroundings are full of treasures to discover, such as the Baccarat crystal factory, the Pierre-Percée lakes or the picturesque region of Alsace.
In addition, the owner, a mountain bike enthusiast, will be happy to share his favorite routes for memorable rides.
Whether for a quiet getaway or outdoor adventures, this home provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation. Ground floor house :
- A living room with: An equipped kitchen, 3 induction burners, oven, refrigerator freezer compartment. Microwave. Filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Kitchen kit. A dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people.
A lounge area with 140/190 convertible sofa with a mattress. TV.
- A bedroom equipped with a 160/200 bed
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, heated towel dryer.

- A large terrace with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, barbecue and parasol.
Washing machine available on request from the owners.
The exterior cladding has not been completed at the moment, this will be made of wood.
