The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 50 mÂČ air-conditioned apartment with sea view and swimming pool in the commune of L'Ăle-Rousse, about 50 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, new bedding - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 16 mÂČ living room with a brand new double sofa bed (140 x 200), dining area and TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 new Queen Size double bed (160Ă190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
On the mezzanine
- A dormitory area with 4 single beds (90Ă190)
Outside :
- A shared, fenced, unheated swimming pool (4Ă12 m) open from May 1 to September 30.
- A 7 mÂČ terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in L'Ăle-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
L'Ăźle-Rousse, nicknamed the Saint-Tropez of Corsica, has something for everyone: sun worshippers will appreciate the warmest micro-climate in Corsica! Come and discover its heritage, its beach and its sumptuous landscapes.
- Take the Marinella promenade along the coast to the fabulous Place Paoli.
- Equestrian club for visits to La Pietra
- Jet ski rental
- Tourist train

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
