It has a surface area of 85 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 1,500 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove and 1 double sofa bed (140×190)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds (90×200) pushed together to make a double bed (180×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (90×200) pushed together to make a double bed (180×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private swimming pool (8×4 m and 1.40 m deep) secured by an electric cover. The pool can be heated from mid-May to the end of October on request and at an additional cost (€200/week). The pool opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change
- A beautiful 1,500 m² enclosed garden
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A communal pétanque court on the estate
The house is ideally located in Fox-Amphoux, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
